Greetings!

The ‘silent doctors’ were welcomed and examined when my booth was visited at the recent Health Fair hosted by the Central Bank of Barbados. A big thank you goes to Fran Wickham and her team, the reception there was excellent.  Additionally, I must share some information on my biggest hit at that health fair. However, before I share that information with you, I am informing you that my focus this month is on Fathers.  Father’s day is every day and I extend greetings to my father Ashton who is still my number one ‘lighthouse’. He has always supported my every effort and is indeed 50% responsible for what I have become. My father continues to demonstrate to me the essence of being a true father. That is why I have great respect for all men on this planet. Today, I dedicate this article to my father and all men, especially my husband and son.  Dad, continue to shine.
